Returns
At Uprara, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, we accept returns on unworn garments that include all original tags and labels. You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using your local post office and choosing a tracked service for safe delivery.
To make things easy, a return form is included in your package. If you’ve misplaced it, simply contact us at service@uprara.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
When sending your return, please indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after receiving the return. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you prefer store credit, we’ll email you a credit code once your return is processed.
Please note: Uprara is not responsible for lost or missing parcels during return shipping.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on unworn items returned within 28 days of receipt, with all original labels and security tags attached.
Processing an exchange takes about 2–3 business days, plus delivery time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You may exchange your item for a different size or a new item (if in stock). We provide up to two exchanges per item at no additional shipping cost.
- If your replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If your replacement costs less, we’ll refund the balance to your original payment method.
- Alternatively, you can request a full refund and place a new order.
Late Returns
Returns received more than 30 days after your original delivery date may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
Return Shipping Instructions
Please return items using your local postal service with tracking. Uprara is not liable for parcels lost in transit.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be new, unworn, and with original tags attached. Items that are used, damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at service@uprara.com before sending it back. We’ll assist you with the proper return procedure.
