Have questions? Here are some of the most common concerns from our customers before or after placing an order.

1. Was my order placed successfully?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
When your package ships, we’ll send a second email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

2. When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery time (ETA) is shown at checkout and may vary depending on the product location and shipping method selected.

3. How do I return an item for a refund?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged
  • Tags and packaging are intact

To return:

  1. Complete the returns form included in your package
  2. Use a tracked shipping service
  3. Once received and approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale items are refunded via store credit only.

4. How do I exchange an item?

Follow the same steps as for returns.
Once your return is approved, we’ll ship the exchange within 2–3 business days and send you a tracking number.

5. What is your return policy?

  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Only tracked return shipments are eligible for refunds/exchanges
  • Sale items can only be exchanged or refunded as store credit

6. I bought something, but now it’s on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Some destinations may not qualify for free shipping. Please check your eligibility at checkout.

8. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order using the “Track My Order” link at the bottom of our website or by using the Help widget.

9. What size should I choose?

We use US standard sizing unless otherwise noted.
Check our Size Guide on the product page or in the product description.

10. I saw an item advertised, but I can’t find it. Why?

If the item is part of a new launch, it might not be available yet.
If it was limited edition, it may no longer be listed if sold out.

11. My package says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it!

Check around your delivery location (porch, bins, neighbors, building lobby, etc.).
If not found within 10 business days:

  • Contact our team with your name, order number, email, and shipping address
  • We recommend filing a claim with the carrier
  • If you used a freight forwarding address, please contact the forwarding company

12. My promo code or gift card isn’t working. What should I do?

  • Check that your code applies to eligible items (not valid on sale items or gift cards)
  • Enter promo and gift card codes separately
